Ingredients
4 | cups |
unbleached all-purpose flour

⅛ | teaspoon |
baking powder
|

½ | cup |
vegetable shortening
|

1 ½ | teaspoon |
sea salt
|
|
1 | cup |
water
luke warm |
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder and shorting by hand for 1 minute. Mix salt into water until dissolved.
Slowly add water to flour mixture until well mixed. Let sit 20 minutes. Coat hands with shorting and roll into 12 balls. Heat griddle, pan or skillet to medium heat.
Roll the balls into flat circles as thin as you can. Put on skillet for 15 seconds on each side. Store in air tight bag, also freeze well.
