Ingredients

2 pounds buffalo meat
1-inch cubes
5 each carrots
chopped
1 each onions
large
3 stalks celery
sliced

1 can tomatoes
(1 pound or 12 ounces)

½ cup tapioca, quick-cooking
*
½ teaspoon cloves
ground
2 each bay leaves
*
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Trim all fat from meat.

Put all ingredients in slow cooker.

Mix thoroughly.

Cover and cook on low for 12 hours (high for 5 to 6 hours).

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
