Directions
Spread croutons, ham and cheese in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over ham and cheese mixture.
Bake at 300F for 1½ hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
