Directions

Heat frying pan and add olive oil.

Sauté onion and garlic until clear.

Add tomatoes, parsley and oregano.

Simmer, covered until the tomatoes are very tender, about 25 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 more minutes.
