Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Grease 10 inch; tube pan.

Combine cake mix, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Beat eggs slightly; stir in oil, almond extract, bananas and pineapple.

Add to dry ingredients and mix with spoon; do not beat.

Pour into pan.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until tested done.

If desired, top cake with confectioners’sugar.
