Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Combine the liquid ingredients.

In a separate bowl stir the mix into the fruit and nuts.

Combine the two mixtures and add the orange rind.

Bake in a 9 inch x 5 inch pan for 45 minutes.
