Directions
1 - Cut tenderloin into 1 cm slices (ca. ½ inch) to obtain 5 pieces of meat. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on each of 10 sides. Sprinkle both sides of each medallion with one of given spices. Cover and set aside for about 10 minutes. 2 - Meanwhile prepare the sauce. Add strawberries, vinegar, honey and optionally lemon juice to a small saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer for few minutes to reduce some water. Try to stir from time to time. 3 - Warm a skillet with oil, and fry medallions on both sides for 1 to 3 minutes. It depends on a kind of doneness you like. 4 - Place all five medallions on the plate, cover with the sauce, garnish with strawberry slices. Place your favorite additions to compose your meal.
