Directions
Place ½ of fish fillets on a piece of foil.
Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika.
Place ½ of the onion slices on each fillet.
Combine parsley and chives. Roll potato in parsley mixture.
Arrange ½ potato sticks around each fillet.
Season each with salt and pepper.
Fold foil and secure tightly. Bake 325℉ (160℃). for 40 minutes.
Open foil and dot each with 1 teaspoon margarine.
