1.4 l water

3E+1 ml lemon juice

5 ml paprika

Directions

Put all vegetables with the bay leaf in a soup pot.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Simmer for about one hour. Stir occasionally.

Just before serving, add lemon juice and paprika.

Remove bay leaf.
