Ingredients

2 cups fava beans
peeled

1 cup dill weed
chopped fresh

4 large eggs
1 each onions
diced
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 x salt
to taste

Directions

Sauté onion until golden.

Cook fava beans with water in a pan until softens.

Add dill and garlic to the pan and stir occasionally for 10 min.

Add sauteed onion, eggs and salt.

Stir until the eggs are done.

Serve warm or chilled.
