Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius
- Cream the margerineand sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in the peanut butter and the egg
- Sift in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir in the muesli, raisins and walnuts
- Drop rounded table spoons on the baking tray and press with the back of your spoon
- Bake for about 15 mins
