Easy Fresh Apple Cake

This apple cake is so moist and tasty. It's a great dessert, but I can have it for my breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea, fantastic.

Directions
Beat eggs, add sugar oil and flavoring.
Add flour 1 cup at a time.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake in bunt pan at 350℉ (180℃) for 1 hour.
