Easy Cucumber Raita
Make this quick, easy and refreshing cucumber raita to go with your favorite Indian curry dish.
cut into 1/2-inch cubes
In a small bowl, add yogurt, cucumber, garlic, cumin and salt.
Stir with a spoon until well combined.
Note: It can be made a few hours ahead, wrap it up, keep in the refrigerator.
Take it out just before serving, and stir it thoroughly again.
