This isn’t your dump-and-bake breakfast pizza. This is the elevated version that looks like you ordered brunch delivery from a fancy cafe.

You start by par-baking refrigerated pizza dough until it’s just set, then top it with buttery scrambled eggs cooked until they’re soft and creamy. Spoonfuls of cream cheese (try chive or veggie flavored for extra flair) get dotted across the eggs, melting into tangy pockets of richness. The bacon gets arranged in neat spokes like an edible sunburst, and the whole thing goes back in the oven until the crust turns deep golden and crispy.

The cream cheese is the secret weapon here. It adds a bagel-and-lox vibe without the smoked fish, turning simple scrambled eggs into something restaurant-worthy. Green onions scattered on top add color and a sharp bite that cuts through all that richness.

Perfect for lazy Sunday mornings when you want to impress without actually working that hard.

Pro Tips

  • Cook the eggs until just set and still glossy. They’ll finish cooking in the oven and you don’t want them rubbery.
  • Use thick-cut bacon for dramatic presentation and better texture contrast against the soft eggs.
  • Let the pizza rest 2-3 minutes after baking so the cream cheese sets slightly and doesn’t slide off when you slice it.
