Ingredients

1 each onions
diced
1 each green bell peppers
minced
2 each tomatoes
peeled, quartered
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 ½ cup water
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ cups brown rice
2 tablespoons salsa

Directions

Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7 to 10 hours.
