20 minThese are rice crispy treats all grown up. Milk chocolate melted with marshmallows coats crispy rice cereal, chewy raisins, and sweet chopped dried apricots for a snack that’s crunchy, chocolatey, and fruity all at once.
No oven needed. Melt, mix, press into a pan, chill, and cut into tiny squares. The recipe makes a whopping 96 pieces, so they’re built for bake sales, party platters, and filling up the cookie jar for the week.
Kitchen Tips
- Stir the marshmallow-chocolate mixture constantly over low heat so it melts evenly without scorching
- Spray your fingers with cooking spray before pressing the mixture into the pan. Sticky hands are not your friend here
- Chop the dried apricots into small, uniform pieces so they distribute evenly throughout
- Cut into squares while still slightly firm from the fridge for the cleanest edges
