Directions
1?????????????????????? (Mix well soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch in a medium bowl, stir in the sliced pork, marinate for half an hour).
2????????????????? (Meanwhile thinly sliced red bell peppers, banana peppers and ginger).
3???????????????????? (Heat oil in a large non-skillet over medium high heat, add ginger slices and cook for 2 minutes).
4?????????????????????????? (Add pork slices and stir frequently, once pork color turns into white, stir in sliced pepper and cook for about 3 minutes, until peppers are tender-crispy).
