Directions
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Brown in oil.
Push to one side.
Sauté onion and garlic.
Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and soy sauce.
Cook, covered, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes.
Add water as needed.
Sprinkle with lime juice just before serving.
