Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degree F.

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

Mix in eggs followed by molasses and oil.

In separate bowl combine dry ingredients and slowly add to the butter mixture.

Place batter in fridge for one hour for the dough to thicken.

Once the dough is firm enough, roll tablespoon-sized balls in sugar and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.

If the dough is still too runny, just scoop onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake 15 to 17 minutes, cool for 10.
