Ingredients

3 cups vanilla ice cream
low-fat, softened, or vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup cherries
freshly pitted, or frozen

1 each chocolate crumb pie crust
9 inch

1 x cherries
chopped, for garnish, optional

1 x chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
for garnish, prefer mini ones, optional

Directions

Gently combine 3 cups of softened low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt and cherries in a big bowl.

Transfer to a 9-inch chocolate cookie pie crust.

Garnish with chopped cherries and mini chocolate chips if desired.

Freeze until firm, at least 2 hours or until it forms into your favorite texture.
