Roll in: raw cacao nibs, cacao powder, desiccated coconut
Directions
Blend all dry ingredients (excluding dates, chia seed gel, coconut oil and sweetener) in a food processor for 1-2mins until a fine crumb forms.
Add dates one by one while processor is running, then add chia seed gel, coconut oil and sweetener until combined.
Roll into balls. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour before eating. Store in the freezer.
