Directions
In a medium bowl, add the walnuts, prunes, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
Mix until well combined. Set aside.
In another bowl, stir together the peanut butter, chickpea paste, and vanilla extract until mix well.
To form a ball, you need to put together about ½ tablespoon white batter, ½ tablespoon dark batter, and another ½ tablespoon white batter, which makes the chocolate part in the centre.
Repeat until all the batters are used up.
Note: The size of the ball can be varied by your preference. The energy balls can be kept in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to at least 1 week.
