Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and bay leaves.

Brown beef well. Add the rest of the ingredients in the listed order.

Bring to boil and turn down to low. Press cabbage down once it starts to wilt.

Stir after 15 minutes. Cook for 30 minutes, total. Good luck!!
