Bruschetta Pizza with Garlic-Olive oil
This pizza is coated with garlic olive oil, topped with freshly made bruschetta, quick, easy, and refreshingly delicious! It can be grilled on your Barbecue as well!
Ingredients
½ | 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Dough | ||

cherry tomatoes
halved, or other sweet vine-ripe tomatoes |

For the garlic oil: | |||

olive oil

feta cheese
crumbled, or goat cheese |
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place the crushed garlic and olive oil in a bowl and whisk until mixed well. Set aside.
Mix together the tomatoes, red onions, basil, garlic and olive oil in a medium bowl. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
Prepare the pizza dough according the recipe or use store-bought pizza dough. Brush the crust with garlic oil. Bake for about 12 minutes or until the crust is crispy.
Top with bruschetta and feta or goat cheese and continue baking for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese starts melting and becomes slightly brown on spots.
Serve warm.
