Ingredients

8 ounces ham
sliced, cut into half-inch squares
8 ounces biscuit dough
frozen, or 1 can

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
shredded

1 ½ cups american cheese
shredded
6 large eggs
beaten
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Press biscuits on the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.

Sprinkle ham and cheese over biscuits.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour on top of the biscuits, ham and cheese.

Bake at 450F for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
