low-fat, plain

CUP ML MILK, LOW-FAT

fresh, cut up *

TEASPOON ML SUGAR

TEASPOON ML VANILLA EXTRACT

EACH EACH ICE CUBES *

Directions

Add ingredients to a blender or vita-mix in the following order:

  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ¾ cup yogurt
  • a teaspoon of sugar (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • cup of chopped fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • ⅓ cup of ice cubes

Blend starting slowly, then on high for about one minute (or use the smoothie setting if your Vita-mix or blender has a setting) until completely smooth.

Serve immediately.
