Ingredients

1 pint blueberries
fresh

4 ounces vanilla yogurt
low-fat, stirred
1 tablespoon walnuts
chopped
Optional:
2 teaspoons chocolate
grated
*
1 teaspoon ginger
crystallized
*

Directions

Layer yogurt and blueberries in 2 wine glasses.

Top with chopped walnuts.

Sprinkle grated chocolate and diced crystallized ginger, if desired.

Made this recipe earlier today, bought some fresh blueberries and organic vanilla yogurt, then I found this recipe, so easy and simple to make, I grated some dark chocolate on top, cut several pieces of crystallized ginger, sprinkled some chopped walnuts, and the flavor was wonderful, it can be used as breakfast with granola or it can be a healthy dessert too.
