Basic Whole Wheat Muffins recipe

Low Fat, Low in Saturated Fat, Low Cholesterol, Cholesterol-Free, Trans-fat Free, High Fiber, Very low in sodium, Low Sodium
 

Ingredients

2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ cup honey
2 cups water
2 tablespoons applesauce
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Fold dry and wet ingredients together, until just moistened.

Spoon into lightly oiled or non-stick muffin tins. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 30 minutes.
