The meatloaf was easy to make, and the flavour was spot-on. Definitely satisfied my taste buds.

Ingredients

1pound ground beef, lean
1each eggVideo
½each onion chopped
each green bell pepper chopped
¼cup pimento stuffed green olives *
teaspoons seasoning, all purpose *
cup bread crumbs
½cup ketchup
1x salt *
1x black pepper *
½cup barbecue sauce
1tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.

Pat into meatloaf pan and top with Bar-B-Q sauce.

Bake, uncovered, one hour at 350℉ (180℃).
