Baked Kielbasa and Potatoes in Sauce
Add a bit of Polish cooking to your dinners with this scrumptious dish made with potatoes and succulent kielbasa sausage.

Directions
Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).
In a 9x13 inch baking dish , combine potatoes and kielbasa. Pour tomato sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle with basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.

We've made a dish very similar to this but instead of tomato sauce we used chopped tomatoes. Im not a big sauce person but it turns out amazing!

I love the slight change, from a skillet to a baking dish with sauce poured over top and cooked in the oven. However I will still add bell peppers, tomatoes, extra spicy Rotel, and a lot of fresh herbs before baking in the oven. We like it spicy.
