Crispy Sage Roasted Potatoes
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. These oven roasted potatoes come out delicious, sage gives the herby flavor and it's a light yet tasty side dish that can be accompanied with any your favorite main course.

white skinned, scrubbed clean cut into large chunks |
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Add all the ingredients into a roasting pan. Toss to combine.
Cover with lid or foil and roast for 55 to 60 minutes until golden and slightly brown.
Stir every 20 minutes or so.
Serve warm.
