Quick and easy to prepare, and very scrumptious combination! Enjoy watermelon with the fresh arugula and greek style feta cheese!

Ingredients

10 ounces arugula (roquette)
5 ounce per package, 2 packages

½ large watermelon
seeded and cubed, prefer cold

1 red onion
sliced
1 ½ cups balsamic vinaigrette

1 cup feta cheese
crumbled

Directions

Toss the arugula, watermelon, red onion, and feta cheese with the balsamic vinaigrette in a large bowl.

Serve.
