Bisquick Apple Pancakes with Cider Syrup
Love love these apple pancakes, and the cider syrup was just amazing. It was a nice change from maple syrup that I normally use. I think I will be making this syrup a lot from now on, needless to say that it's way cheaper than maple syrup :)

Just a question.... Can I use applesauce instead of grated apples? I have arthritis in my hands and would have a very hard time peeling, cutting and grating apples. And if I can use applesauce, which kind would you recommend? Thanks so much!!
