Directions
Hazelnut vinaigrette:
Whisk wine vinegar, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic and salt in a small bowl.
Whisk in olive oil and hazelnut oil.
Salad:
Combine apple, fennel, celery root a large bowl.
Toss with vinaigrette.
Top with Parmesan. Serve.
