Directions
Preheat the oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Work with the pizza dough first, stretch the dough to a 12-inch disk.
Place the dough onto a large baking sheet or pizza pan greased with butter or cooking spray.
In a medium nonstick skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat until the butter melts.
Cook the apples until they just start to soften, 4 to 6 minutes,
Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the apples, and cook until the apples are tender and caramelized, about 6 minutes or more.
Spoon the apples and any juice in the pan evenly over the prepared crust.
Drizzle the dulce de leche and sprinkle the almond slices on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the dulce de leche is bubbling and thickens a bit like a glaze and the crust becomes brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
