Ingredients

1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
white enriched
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 ¾ cups milk
2 large eggs
2 each apples
grated

Directions

Mix together dry ingredients.

Add liquid ingredients; mix well, Add grated apples/

Mix together.

Bake on a hot greased skillet.

Serve warm pancakes with fresh fruits, honey or maple syrup.
