Almond Baked Norwegian Cod

An easy butter baked cod topped with crunchy almonds. No fuss, easy clean-up and tastes great. A nearly perfect fish main dish. Norwegian or Atlantic cod works well as does any other firm fleshed white fish.

The previous reviewer was right. This baked fish main is easy and wonderful. The cod turned out meaty and the flour coating helps to keep the butter and lemon in contact with the fish as it baked. We pan roasted sliced almonds in a small amount of butter for the topping. Loved the hands-off prep. which allowed us to prepare our side dish while the fish baked.
