I have tried some other spiced almonds recipes, they all turned out very well, my kids love these spiced nuts, have never tried this Spanish spiced almonds, like all of the ingredients, and review tells me worth to make. Thanks.

Someone made these for my baby shower about 18 years ago. I thought they were terrible, but it turns out that was just pregnancy tastebuds. I practically lived off the leftover almonds the week after my son was born, and have made them pretty frequently since. When the kids were helping me cook, they mixed the egg white and the spices, so I mixed the almonds in, put them on the baking sheet, and cooked them. I thought it came out better, and it was less messy, so win/win. I just made another batch and need to put them away as soon as they cool so I don't eat them all.
