“Easy, fast and delicious! I created this recipe so I could feed a crowd on a moments notice and still expect raves. Make the sauce a day ahead and the flavor even improves. This way you can spend time with your guests, not slaving in the kitchen."

Directions

Put the water on to boil for the pasta, adding 1 Tbs olive oil.

In a Dutch oven, or large heavy sauce pan, sauté the chopped garlic and onions in 2 Tbs of olive oil until soft and clear, about 3 mins.

Add the jars of spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil; immediately add the whole sausages. Let it come back to a boil, lower heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile add the Angel Hair pasta to the boiling water. Cook and drain.

Serve the sauce over the pasta and place half a sausage on the side of each plate. Offer grated Parmesan cheese at the table.

A tossed green salad with your favorite dressing and hot garlic bread completes the dinner.
