No sophisticated baking skills are required to make this super fruity and delicious galette. Slice up the plums and strawberries, roughly roll the dough into a round, placed the fruits over the dough, rustically fold the edges around the fruits. How simple is that, and it tastes absolutely delicious!

Use garlicky olive oil as the base instead of tomato sauce, sauteed spinach, sun-dried or home oven-dried tomatoes and feta cheese are tasty toppings.

These were delicious! I don't like mushrooms so nixed those and used a broccoli/cauliflower mixture. Loved it; the added wine and garlic with all the veggies....yum. I believe I used 11 lasagna noodles; putting 1/3 cup of the mixture in each noodle was perfect.
