Very easy to make, and it came out delicious with great texture. I halved the recipe, used whole wheat flour, half butter and half olive oil, and baked it in 4 individual ramekins. I ate one while it was still warm, very good; later had one after chilled in the fridge, even better. Definitely a keeper.

Inspired by the fresh peach tart recipe I made a few days ago, yesterday came out this fresh peach and plum tart recipe. This time I used a lot both freshly seasonal peaches and plums, and also made a 11-inch tart to satisfy my fruit tart craving. It was definitely my kind of dessert, it's sweet, but too sweet; vanilla sauce gave some richness, but wasn't overwhelming. The peach-maple filling was so delicious, packed with fresh peach flavor, of course :D and the juicy filling was just oozing out loudly.

They were moist and not super sweet, chunks of peaches inside were some juicy and yummy additions. Had them for breakfast and snack in the last a few days, just finished the final one earlier in the afternoon today.
