The pressure cooker certainly shortened the cooking time significantly, and the roast came out so tender. I didn't have tomato juice, so used tomato sauce instead, and the result was still wonderful. Saved it into my recipe box as well.
These meatballs were great, and my kids really loved them. Will make it again.
I loved this recipe. I made this for my mom after her surgery and she loved it. I only used 1 box of spinach instead of 2 and I used real bacon and not bacon bits, other than that it was great!
Classic pan-fried meatballs with ground beef, breadcrumbs soaked in milk, egg, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Tender inside, browned outside. Makes 2 1/2 dozen in 35 minutes.
These kabobs are served with a greek pasta salad. Filling and delicious.

Anne's best, easy green bean casserole with french fried onions.
You will not only love the bright colour of this dish, but also love the fragrant flavour. Use whole wheat pasta to add extra fibre. Enjoy!
Delicious! Made this pie for dinner yesterday, and it came out great. Happened to have all the ingredients that the recipe called for, so gave it a go, and it was surprisingly delicious.
Awesome flavors in every way. Pickled relish with wasabi mayo perfectly complimentary. When you bite into it the texture is equal or better than milk-fed fillet mignon.

"This delicious main dish is really open to your own taste in fresh vegetables. Feel free to switch your favorites for your not-so-favorite ones. Some have even suggested adding mushrooms, garlic, diced cooked chicken and extra sauce."
Whole salmon fillet grilled on foil with a sweet teriyaki-lemon glaze and garlic. Smoky, caramelized edges with moist, flaky fish inside. Stunning for a crowd, simple enough for a weeknight.
The Cincinatti Chili is, would you believe, an alternative to spaghetti sauce. It's mild and sweet (the cinnamon does that), and won't burn anyone's mouth unless you serve it boiling.
The herb sauce was delicious and packed with flavour. However I seared the salmon in the hot skillet until nicely done, removed from the pan, then made the sauce with the remaining ingredients. Like crispy salmon rather than poached. Well definitely be making this dish again.
