An incredibly easy to prepare chicken 'n rice casserole.

Ingredients

1 cup minute rice
½ package onion soup mix

1 x soup, cream of chicken
can

1 ½ x water
can
*
1 x cream of mushroom soup
canned
*
1 cup whole chicken
*

Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Add cut up chicken parts, skin side up.

Bake covered 2 hours at 350℉ (180℃) or 3 hours at 300 degrees.
