The chicken breast was so succulent, and the stuffing was loaded with great flavour. Salsa and pumpkin seeds were wonderful additions to serve.

Tomato dolmas is a really nice recipe, healthy, nutritious and lookes great!

A great stand alone vegetarian meal or top it with a fillet of grilled chicken or a white fleshed fish fillet.

This simple but delicious dish is perfect for dinner and it will satisfy both your tastebuds and hunger!
