Black bean chili/7 recipes

This recipe was given to me by a friend who is an ex-patriot now living in Playa del Carmen on the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. I serve this with yellow rice and grilled avocado halves.

Simplified version of a Malaysian favourite dish. I've cooked this dish for the Malaysia Day celebration at 'Les Roches,' Bluche, Switzerland as a student. It was for the summer batch 1st year to 3rd year students, teachers and admin staff - totalling a little less than a thousand pax perhaps.

A great summer relish to serve with chips or as a topping for hamburgers off the grill.

This is a quick and easy dish that uses ingredients you probably have on hand.
