Thanks to vitacost.com and their awesome gf selection I found some yummy vanilla wafers that were gluten free (Kinnickki brand). Of course my longing needed to be rich, creamy and worth the long wait lol. So here is the deliciousness! I think the cream cheese makes it better than any I've ever tried before.
