So it had been over 2 years since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and I still hadn't had any homemade banana pudding. Thanks to vitacost.com and their awesome gf selection I found some yummy vanilla wafers that were gluten free (Kinnickki brand). Of course my longing needed to be rich, creamy and worth the long wait lol. So here is the deliciousness! I think the cream cheese makes it better than any I've ever tried before.

Ingredients

4 Bananas (sliced)
1 package of French Vanilla pudding
2 cups Milk
I box of vanilla wafer cookies
I 8oz whip cream
3/4 of a 8oz cream cheese
3 tbsp of powered sugar

Ingredients

4 Bananas (sliced)
1 package of French Vanilla pudding
2 cups Milk
I box of vanilla wafer cookies
I 8oz whip cream
3/4 of a 8oz cream cheese
3 tbsp of powered sugar

Directions

1) Mix French Vanilla pudding with milk in a bowl and set in fridge while making the other ingredients

2) Blend whip cream, cream cheese, and powered sugar (add more sugar if you want sweeter)

3) Layer vanilla wafers in bottom of bowl

4) Layer 2 of the sliced bananas on top

5) Add half of the French vanilla pudding over banana and wafers

6) Next place half of the whip cream and cream cheese mixture

7) Repeat steps 3 to 6

8) Put in fridge for a while to let all the yummyness marry and Enjoy!!
