Chad and I have enjoyed this salad twice over the summer, when fresh figs were available. It is delicious with any type of green. We didn’t eat a lot of figs growing up, but they’re now on the menu!

This veggie garden loaf was oh-so-yummy and full of good-for-you ingredients. I froze the leftover slices, and they were definitely freezer-friendly. Will be making more of this veggie loaf.
People who do not like ordinary pate seem to love this one. Vary the herbs and substitute the vegetables as you wish. Serve with water crackers, thick slices of crusty French bread, thin slices of whole wheat bread, or unsalted whole wheat crackers. May be frozen.
This is a fantastic omelet, I love it very much, every week, I cook it for at least 3 times, even more.
