Winter soup/4 recipes

It is an easy way to make this tasty smoked sausage, and very popular in Oktoberfest.4

This recipe reminds me a Japanese style soup because of kombu (kelp or seaweed). It's a nice change from my normal chicken broth and cream based squash soup. This one has a much cleaner taste, and really highlights the flavor of each ingredient.

Meat filled green peppers in a spicy tomato cream sauce. A hand me down family recipe that I have greatly modified & finally written down.

Just enough spiciness without over powering my palate, and the soup was very tasty.
