Came up with this delicious key lime slice recipe while in Key Largo, Florida. Similar to the Aussie Lemon slice but with a twist of the keys.

A classic old fashioned great American hash inspired by Julia Child's The Way to Cook. This is a great way to use leftover pork roast and the accompanying leftover vegetables. The key is to create a lovely tasty crust.

The whole family loved this recipe! The second time I made it I substituted some of the ketchup with chili sauce with no noticeable difference.

This version of Salisbury Steaks uses dried wild mushrooms in a beefy red wine sauce. Regular mushrooms work well too. Ground round makes for a meaty steak and milk keeps them juicy.
